MoonPay has acquired Glide, a cryptocurrency deposit startup backed by Y Combinator, in an all-equity transaction. This marks MoonPay's sixth acquisition in 2026. Glide's four-person team, including founders Soni and Qinyu Tong, will join MoonPay. The startup, founded in 2023, developed technology that simplifies cryptocurrency deposits by eliminating the need for users to manually bridge or swap assets across blockchains, enhancing user onboarding efficiency. Glide has received support from Y Combinator, Titan Fund, and other investors.
