The testnet will upgrade from revision MONAD_SIX [v0.11.6-tn1] to MONAD_SEVEN [v0.12.0] on November 5, 2025, at 21:30 UTC+8. This update includes adjustments to opcode and precompiled contract pricing, notably increasing gas costs for cold storage access and certain precompiled contracts.
