Midas has launched the mGLOBAL security token on Aave Horizon, the institutional version of the Aave lending market, enabling holders to use it as collateral for borrowing USDC. The mGLOBAL token tracks a short-duration private credit portfolio managed by Fasanara Capital, featuring assets like trade receivables and digital invoices. Issued by a Luxembourg securitization vehicle, mGLOBAL's net asset value is calculated monthly by JTC Luxembourg. Redemptions are facilitated through Midas' Open Liquidity Architecture, which combines internal liquidity, credit lines, and an OTC network to enable efficient redemption and burning processes without holding large cash reserves.
