Metaplanet has announced the issuance of its 20th series of ordinary corporate bonds to EVO FUND, with a total issuance amount of 80 billion yen (approximately $50 million). The bonds, decided by the representative executive CEO, carry a zero coupon rate and the funds raised will be used to purchase Bitcoin. Each bond is valued at 2 billion yen, with the issuance date set for April 24, 2026, and a maturity date of April 23, 2027.
