Rewards Hub Japanese public company Metaplanet has filed Form F-6 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to register American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas will act as the depositary bank. Metaplanet plans to register 200 million American Depositary Shares (ADS), each representing one ordinary share, with a nominal value of approximately $10 million.
