MemeStrategy, a blockchain treasury company listed in Hong Kong, has successfully raised HKD 84.07 million (approximately USD 10.82 million) through the issuance of nearly 49 million shares. The net proceeds of HKD 83.72 million are earmarked for investment in blockchain solutions and real-world asset projects. In addition to the capital raise, MemeStrategy has increased its Solana (SOL) holdings by 2,440 SOL, bringing its total to 12,290 SOL. The company's future plans for its blockchain strategy remain undisclosed.
