Machi Big Brother, also known as Huang Licheng, said he has submitted a $1 million offer to acquire Friend.tech from founder Racer and Paradigm. He said the social token platform’s market capitalization is currently below $300,000. Huang said that if the deal is completed, Friend.tech could be restarted through a community takeover. No response from Friend.tech or Paradigm was included in the statement.
