LINE NEXT, a subsidiary of the LINE YAHOO Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with JPYC Co., Ltd. to promote the Japanese yen stablecoin, JPYC, within the LINE app. The collaboration will focus on integrating JPYC into the app's ecosystem, including technical integration and joint marketing efforts. LINE NEXT plans to introduce a stablecoin wallet to facilitate JPYC's circulation, aiming to enhance payment convenience and reward systems within the app.
