The network is primarily owned by Telecom Liechtenstein and is based on the Liechtenstein Blockchain Act, aligning with the EU's MiCA regulations. Initial partners include Bank Frick, Bitcoin Suisse, Solstice Labs, and Zilliqa, with contributions from INACTA, LUKSO, QPQ, and Swiss Subnet during its development phase. LTIN is designed as a blockchain extension of national telecommunications services, enhancing digital trust capabilities in the region.
