Aschenbrenner’s long equity portfolio remains highly concentrated in AI hardware, with SanDisk and Micron serving as his largest positions at 28% and 27.5% respectively. Other significant holdings include Bloom Energy (9.4%), TSMC (6.2%), and Nebius (6.1%), alongside stakes in Core Scientific, Applied Digital, Riot Platforms, and IREN. His private investments feature substantial allocations to Anthropic ($5 billion), Physical Intelligence ($1 billion), Fluidstack ($830 million), Source Foundry ($500 million), and MatX ($500 million).
