LayerZero has partnered with Blockaid to launch Bridge Sentinel, a decentralized verification network (DVN) designed to enhance cross-chain message security. The system utilizes real-time threat intelligence to screen for fake source events, malicious counterparties, and stolen fund flows before messages are verified on-chain. Asset issuers utilizing the LayerZero Omnichain Fungible Token (OFT) standard can now opt to integrate Bridge Sentinel into their DVN configuration. This addition provides an extra layer of protection by validating transaction integrity prior to execution within the LayerZero ecosystem.
