Korean digital asset custodian BDACS adopted LayerZero Labs’ OFT standard for KRW1, a KRW-backed stablecoin, enabling native cross-chain interoperability.
LayerZero said KRW1 is now the first KRW stablecoin capable of native transfers across major DeFi ecosystems. The integration allows KRW1 supply to move across networks without wrapped tokens and avoids liquidity fragmentation.
