Cryptocurrency exchange Kraken is preparing for a public listing in the United States in the first quarter of 2026. This development comes as four senior executives from its institutional business division have recently departed. The executives include David Olsson, Global Head of Institutional Sales; Shannon Kurtas, Vice President of Product and Head of Exchange; Jeff Kramer, Director of OTC Trading; and Sanjay K, Head of OTC Trading for the Americas. Kraken has declined to comment on these departures. The company has previously reduced its workforce by several hundred positions to streamline operations.
