Kraken has become the first cryptocurrency platform to integrate with ICE Chat, the messaging system operated by Intercontinental Exchange. This integration allows over 120,000 bank, broker, and institutional users to directly communicate with Kraken's OTC trading desk, facilitating access to crypto liquidity within their existing trading workflows. The move marks a significant step in integrating digital asset trading into traditional financial market infrastructure. ICE, which owns the New York Stock Exchange, has been expanding its digital assets presence, including investments in Polymarket and MoonPay, and a partnership with Chainlink. Kraken's crypto spot and options block trades will now be listed alongside traditional asset classes on institutional-grade communication networks.
