Keyrock, a digital asset trading infrastructure provider, has acquired Luxembourg-based Turing Capital for $27.8 million. This acquisition marks Keyrock's entry into asset and wealth management, with Turing Capital CEO Jorge Schnura set to lead the new division and join Keyrock's leadership team. The move aims to enhance Keyrock's investment services for institutional and high-net-worth clients, focusing on liquidity provision, long-term investments, and on-chain asset management. In addition to this acquisition, Keyrock is expanding its operations in the United States and plans to apply for an investment advisory license under the EU's MiCA regulations. This strategic expansion underscores Keyrock's commitment to broadening its service offerings and strengthening its position in the digital asset management sector.
