Kelp DAO has announced the full recovery of its rsETH protocol, with deposit and withdrawal functions now operational on both mainnet and L2 networks. The protocol's asset backing has been fully restored, and accumulated staking rewards during the suspension period have been updated. EIGEN rewards are also available for claiming as of 22:45 (UTC+8) on May 15. This recovery was supported by ecosystem partners including Aave, Consensys, Mantle, ether.fi, and Lido. The restoration follows a previous security incident involving nearly $300 million, which had raised liquidity concerns at Aave.
