The fund's strategic partner, Binance Kazakhstan, facilitated its initial investment in BNB, which will be used for transaction processing, fee payments, and governance. Officials highlight BNB's market capitalization of over $138 billion, positioning the fund to serve large investors and form the foundation of Kazakhstan's digital national reserve.
