The case has been formally accepted by the court, according to a statement issued by attorney Zhang Qihuai of Lanpeng Law Firm in response to recent rumors surrounding the dispute. The plaintiff has applied for property preservation measures. After the case was accepted, Jing Mou’s side filed a jurisdictional objection in accordance with law, which remains under court review. The case has not yet entered the substantive trial stage, and no final judgment has been issued.
