Cross-chain trading aggregator Jumper has spun off from LI.FI to operate as an independent company and will conduct its first fundraising through a JUMP token sale on Legion. The platform will not pursue separate equity financing, making the token the sole mechanism for stakeholder interest, with a specific launch date to be announced following the completion of fundraising.
Jumper currently ranks as the largest aggregator by bridge trading volume, having processed over $40 billion in cumulative volume with more than 100,000 monthly active users. The newly independent entity plans to leverage this user base to build an "on-chain finance super app."
