JPMorgan and Coinbase have announced a partnership aimed at simplifying cryptocurrency purchases for Chase customers. According to a press release, Chase credit card holders will soon be able to fund their Coinbase accounts directly. By 2026, the collaboration will expand to include direct bank-to-wallet transfers and the ability to redeem Chase Ultimate Rewards points on a 1:1 basis for cryptocurrency purchases. This marks the first instance of a major bank's rewards program being integrated into crypto transactions.
