The case concerning eight defendants, including internet celebrities Lin Zuo and Chen Yi, was heard at the Eastern Magistrates' Courts on March 16. Magistrate Gao Weixiong adjourned the proceedings to June 1. Except for Zheng Junxi, who remains in custody due to other charges, the remaining seven defendants were granted continued bail. The charges include conspiracy to defraud, fraud, and money laundering.
