Jiuzi New Energy, a Nasdaq-listed Chinese company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with blockchain project AetheriumX to invest up to $30 million in its Distributed Capital Intelligent Protocol (DCIP). The DCIP protocol focuses on decentralized finance (DeFi), GameFi, and digital asset strategy execution, aiming to enhance Web3 infrastructure globally.
The collaboration will involve Jiuzi New Energy integrating DCIP's technology stack into its business operations, enabling on-chain automated strategy execution. Additionally, both companies will co-develop products and services in DeFi, GameFi, and digital asset management. As the DCIP ecosystem grows, Jiuzi New Energy will also engage in revenue sharing from the protocol and its ecosystem.
