iShares Digital Assets AG has issued 730,000 new securities for its iShares Bitcoin ETP, increasing the total to 76,595,000. This marks the 31st issuance in the series. The new securities will start trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market on December 4, 2025, at an issue price of $9.04 per unit. The ETP, which tracks Bitcoin's performance, carries an annual fee of 0.25%, with a discounted rate of 0.15% available until December 31, 2026.
