An investor has filed a lawsuit against Nasdaq-listed CEA Industries and its director Hans Thomas, alleging an "operational void" within the company. The lawsuit aligns with previous concerns raised by YZi Labs regarding the company's governance and its relationship with asset management firm 10X Capital. YZi Labs has called for the board to disclose the company's current operational status, investigate Hans Thomas's actions, and terminate the 20-year asset management agreement with 10X Capital.
