Invesco Private Capital has joined fintech company Superstate's Series B+ funding round as a new investor. While the investment amount remains undisclosed, Invesco will take over as the investment manager for Superstate's flagship tokenized fund, USTB, starting in Q2 2026.
The USTB fund, with assets totaling approximately $900 million, is one of the largest tokenized U.S. Treasury products globally. Following Invesco's involvement, the fund will be renamed, although Superstate will continue as the digital transfer agent. This development signifies Invesco's significant entry into the blockchain fund sector.
