Data analytics firm Inveniam has acquired Swarm Markets, a platform specializing in on-chain asset tokenization. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Philipp Pieper, co-founder of Swarm Markets, stated that the acquisition will provide scalable on-chain asset infrastructure for asset managers, private equity and credit institutions, custodians, and market makers. This move follows Inveniam's recent acquisition of decentralized cloud storage provider Stor in October.
