Interchecks, an instant payment platform, has successfully raised $50 million in a Series C funding round, with participation from Better Capital, Commerce Ventures, Decades Holdings, and Thayer Street Partners. Alongside this funding, Interchecks introduced its new Account Funding Transactions (AFT) product, which facilitates real-time deposits to compliant accounts via debit card networks.
The AFT product integrates risk control features such as account verification, real-time duplicate card detection, customizable limits, and suspicious behavior monitoring. It is combined with the existing Pay-by-Bank feature into a single API, aimed at enhancing inter-account transfers, neobank, online brokerage, and crypto wallet deposits. Interchecks has processed over $50 billion in transactions over its decade-long history and has been profitable since 2023.
