Interactive Brokers is set to enter the cryptocurrency market within three months, offering stablecoin and BTC/ETH services. The brokerage, known for its low-cost and professional execution, will provide a 24/7 stablecoin account funding service, allowing clients to send USDC from personal wallets to a secure address, with funds converted to USD and credited instantly. This service will soon support Ripple’s RLUSD and PayPal’s PYUSD. In February, Interactive Brokers launched Coinbase Nano Bitcoin and Ethereum futures, enabling 24/7 trading. By March 25, users can transfer BTC/ETH directly from external wallets into their accounts, facilitating seamless crypto trading alongside traditional assets. The company has also expanded its crypto offerings in Europe, allowing trading of 11 major cryptocurrencies. This move reflects Interactive Brokers' strategy to integrate crypto into its multi-asset platform, enhancing client fund flexibility and efficiency.
