Institutional investors significantly increased their Bitcoin holdings in April 2026, purchasing a total of 64,722 BTC. This marks one of the largest monthly acquisitions since mid-2025. Strategy, led by Michael Saylor, was the largest buyer, acquiring 56,235 BTC.
