Institutional demand for Bitcoin has reached a low point, according to CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost. The spot Bitcoin ETF 30-day net flow is reported at -$2.1 billion, indicating a significant withdrawal of funds. Additionally, demand from Bitcoin reserve companies has plummeted from approximately $6.6 billion in August 2025, when Bitcoin was valued at about $115,000, to nearly zero, with Bitcoin now priced around $65,000.
Darkfost highlights that this decline in institutional interest reflects a broader market pessimism. Despite the downturn, the analyst suggests that such periods of low demand often present optimal opportunities for strategic positioning in the market.
