Hyperscale Data, a U.S.-listed Bitcoin treasury firm, has announced a $26.6 million settlement payment received by its subsidiaries, Ault Lending LLC and RiskOn International, following a multi-year litigation. The settlement terms remain undisclosed, but the funds are set to enhance the company's liquidity.
In addition, Hyperscale Data reported an increase in its Bitcoin holdings, now totaling 633.8609 BTC. This includes 586.6674 BTC held by its subsidiary Sentinum, with 440.2341 BTC acquired on the open market and 146.4333 BTC from mining operations. Another 47.1935 BTC was purchased by its subsidiary ACG on the open market.
