Hyperliquid co-founder Jeff Yan hinted during a London visit with policymakers that the decentralized perpetuals exchange may launch tokenized stock products in the future, potentially creating markets with higher liquidity than traditional equity exchanges. The proposal would allow shares of large companies to be traded in token form on the platform. Core contributors to Hyperliquid reportedly hold at least 238 million HYPE tokens, valued at approximately $20 billion. Yan declined to disclose his personal net worth, stating he "didn't deliberately chase asset figures." He cautioned that because third parties play an important role in supplying products on the platform, future developments remain "hard to predict."
