Huionepay has ceased all withdrawals following its last transaction on December 1, according to a recent audit by Bitrace. The audit reveals that only approximately 990,000 USDT remains on-chain. The company's Ethereum operations depleted their balance as early as October, while its Tron operations repeatedly consolidated hot wallet funds in November to meet withdrawal demands, ultimately being fully drained by November 28. A newly activated address is now solely used for consolidating remaining user funds, with no further loans to ordinary users. Daily USDT outflows plummeted from 41.83 million to 7.17 million. This liquidity crisis was triggered by sanctions from the UK and US against the Prince Group and its affiliate Huionepay, causing a panic-induced withdrawal rush that quickly exhausted reserves.
