The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government will lower national and regional flags to half-mast from November 29 to December 1 to honor the victims of the Tuen Mun Hong Fu Court fire. During this period, senior officials will cancel non-essential public events, and government-funded entertainment activities will be postponed or canceled. Chief Executive John Lee will lead a three-minute silence at the Government Headquarters on November 29 at 8:00 AM, accompanied by senior officials and civil servants. Mourning stations will be available in 18 districts for the public to sign condolence books from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily until December 1.
