These sites solicit personal information, including ID card numbers and photos, under the guise of "real-name authentication" and offer cash rewards to lure victims. The fraudulent operations involve top-up and withdrawal activities through virtual wallets. HKICL advises the public to remain cautious of suspicious communications and to report any suspected fraud to the police immediately.
