The funds will be used to enhance Halogen Capital's efforts in real-world asset tokenization, focusing on unit trusts, bonds, sukuk, private credit, and real estate.
The funding round also saw participation from 500 Global, Digital Currency Group, and Mythos Venture Partners. This development occurs as Malaysia continues to refine its digital asset regulations, including discussions on capital gains tax frameworks for cryptocurrencies.
