Hainan has inaugurated the International Digital Asset Innovation Center, a joint initiative by Fuxing City Industrial Park and Wanxiang Blockchain. The center leverages the Hainan National Blockchain Pilot Zone and cross-border data flow trials to focus on innovation in digital assets and data elements. It aims to explore secure and orderly cross-border data flows and digital asset application paths, enhancing Hainan Free Trade Port's leading role in digital economy and institutional openness.
