Hackers have begun transferring approximately 75,700 ETH, valued at around $175 million, on the Ethereum mainnet following the Arbitrum Security Council's freeze of 30,766 ETH linked to the KelpDAO attack. The movement includes several small ETH transactions through the privacy payment protocol UmbraCash, suggesting an acceleration in efforts to launder and split the funds.
