Bitcoin treasury firm H100 Group AB has announced plans to acquire two Norwegian companies, Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS, in a strategic move to expand its Bitcoin reserves to 3,500 BTC. The acquisition, structured as a share exchange, is expected to close by August 2026, with no cash involved. Current H100 shareholders will hold 30% equity in the merged entity, while sellers will own 70%, significantly boosting H100's Bitcoin holdings from 1,051 BTC. This expansion aims to enhance H100's balance sheet by increasing collateral reserves and reducing leverage, potentially opening new financing avenues. Despite this growth, MicroStrategy remains the leader in Bitcoin treasury holdings, having recently acquired $2.54 billion worth of BTC. Meanwhile, Bitcoin's price is consolidating around $77,800, with resistance levels noted at $80,000 and support zones near $76,000.
