Cryptocurrency market maker GSR has announced the acquisition of digital asset operations company Autonomous and token issuance and liquidity strategy consultancy Architech for $57 million. This strategic move aims to establish an integrated capital markets and fund management platform covering the full lifecycle of projects from inception to expansion. Post-acquisition, Autonomous will continue to operate independently, providing support for the launch and operation of tokenized organizations, while Architech will become a core component of GSR's digital asset advisory services.
