Greg Kidd, former chief risk officer of Ripple, has led his company Goldeneye 1995 LLC to acquire a controlling stake in Know Labs, a firm specializing in non-invasive health monitoring technology. The acquisition agreement, valued at $0.335 per share, involves a combination of 1,000 bitcoins and cash, with the cash portion allocated for debt repayment and working capital. Post-acquisition, Kidd will assume the roles of CEO and chairman of the board at Know Labs. The transaction, which has received unanimous board approval, is set to conclude in Q3 2025. Bitcoin will feature prominently on Know Labs' balance sheet, representing 82% of its current market value, as Kidd plans to introduce Bitcoin income strategies to the public market.
