Grayscale Near Trust (NEAR) has filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The trust plans to transfer its shares, currently traded on OTCQB under the ticker GSNR, to NYSE Arca upon registration approval. Following the completion of this process, the trust will be renamed Grayscale Near Trust ETF.
