Grant Cardone, CEO of Cardone Capital, has reiterated his commitment to purchasing bitcoin using cash flows from real estate, despite the recent downturn in cryptocurrency markets. Cardone emphasized his strategy of dollar-cost averaging, where his firm, managing $5.3 billion in assets, regularly buys bitcoin regardless of its price. This approach aims to leverage real estate cash flows to acquire bitcoin, smoothing out market volatility. Cardone highlighted that his model, which he claims is the largest real estate-bitcoin hybrid globally, operates without institutional investors influencing its strategy. He contrasted this with the corporate bitcoin treasury model, where companies like Strategy (MSTR) raise funds through stock or debt issuance to buy bitcoin. This model has faced scrutiny, with Strategy's stock currently trading below the value of its bitcoin holdings.
