Global exchange-traded funds (ETFs) saw a record net inflow of $1.48 trillion in 2025, marking a 28% increase from the previous year, according to Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas. The daily average inflow reached nearly $6 billion, highlighting the growing investor interest in ETFs. BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF, IBIT, managed assets worth approximately $248.44 billion, ranking sixth among ETFs. However, due to Bitcoin's underperformance last year, IBIT was the only ETF among the top 15 to report a negative annual return, with a decline of 6.41%.
