Meanwhile, Japanese company Metaplanet made no purchases.
Other notable transactions included DayDayCook's acquisition of 131 bitcoins for $10.37 million, and The Smarter Web Company's purchase of 19 bitcoins for a total of $1.41 million. Capital B also added 4 bitcoins to its holdings for $300,000. As of June 1, global public companies hold 1,114,182 bitcoins, a 0.01% increase from the previous week, valued at approximately $80.46 billion, representing 5.6% of Bitcoin's circulating market cap.
