Eligible candidates must be enrolled in high school or a tertiary institution and have a household income at or below twice the federal poverty level.
In addition to the monthly income, participants can access over $20,000 in investment capital for wealth-building activities, such as homeownership or education, starting in the program's third year. Financial education is a prerequisite for accessing this capital. Applications are open until August 27th, with the first payments scheduled for September 2025.Source:Show Original
