Cryptocurrency exchange Gemini has announced its initial public offering (IPO), aiming to raise up to $317 million. The company plans to offer 16,666,667 Class A common shares priced between $17 and $19 each. Additionally, underwriters have the option to purchase an extra 2,500,000 shares. Gemini intends to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "GEMI," with Goldman Sachs and Citigroup leading the underwriting process.
