Crypto gambling platform Gamdom suffered a security breach resulting in the theft of approximately $4.2 million across multiple blockchains. On-chain data from Arkham indicates losses of $2.2 million on EVM-compatible networks including Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum, and Optimism, alongside $965,000 on Solana, $668,000 on Bitcoin, and $375,000 on TRON.
Gamdom attributed the incident to a suspected disk failure detected on a server roughly 24 hours prior to the attack. During the subsequent investigation into the hardware issue, the platform discovered an unauthorized connection on an automated server that facilitated the fund drainage.
