Galaxy Digital has redeemed 1 million HYPE tokens, valued at approximately $61.16 million, from staking. The redemption occurred four hours ago, according to on-chain analyst Yujin. Following the redemption, Galaxy Digital transferred 500,000 HYPE tokens, worth about $30.36 million, to cryptocurrency exchanges OKX and Bybit. The HYPE tokens were initially staked eight months ago at an average price of $45.70 per token. This transaction suggests an unrealized profit of at least $15.4 million for Galaxy Digital, based on the current token valuation.
