FTX creditors are set to receive additional compensation distributions in October and December 2026, and throughout 2027, according to a recent update by Sunil, a representative of FTX creditors. Earlier this year, on February 18, 2025, users with claims under $50,000 received a compensation ratio of 120%. On May 30, 2025, users with claims exceeding $50,000 received 72.5% compensation, while those with claims under $50,000 again received 120%. Future compensation plans include ensuring that users with claims over $50,000, who have already received 72.5%, will eventually receive the remaining 27.5% to achieve full compensation. The interest rate for FTX creditors post-application for compensation is estimated to be between 40% and 80%.
